50 years ago this week video games were born. Thanks to a fella by the name of Robert Dvorak Sr. who at the time was working as an engineer in the instrumentation division of Brookhaven National Laboratory on Long Island. The first game, Tennis for Two, Dvorak put together using a colleagues, physicist William Higinbotham, designs’ for an open house at the lab.
